Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support Sales & Communications Manager, and supervise Communications executive on communications projects
  • Responsible for translating, trans-creating and creating engaging marketing and product contents
  • Responsible for overall communications function to ensure corporate marketing initiatives are effectively delivered, including production of corporate magazine, e-news and other sales tools
  • Manage corporate social media platforms; propose communications programs to enhance distributors’ communication
  • Translate and copywrite e-news, magazines, and other online and offline communications literatures
  • Liaise with Creative Services Department at headquarters to facilitate the production of various marketing tools and communications
  • Work closely with teammates to assist in organizing company events

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder preferably in language, translation or equivalent
  • At least 4 years of experience in copywriting / translation / localization
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin speaking is preferred
  • Good writing style that is accurate, engaging and adaptable, with an impeccable use of grammar
  • Excellent proofreading skills with the ability to identify grammar, spelling and punctuation errors
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS PowerPoint applications, etc.
  • Experience in using Photoshop will be an advantage
  • Occasional work in weekends is required
  • Excellent presentation skills, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Must be accurate and have a high attention to detail
  • Initiative, independent and resourceful with business and marketing senses
  • Self-motivated, mature, well-organized and good team player
