Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing various investor relations activities such as annual general meeting, roadshows, and press conference of results ;
• Assist in preparing investor presentation,  annual report, interim report and other listing documents;
• Develop and update investor presentations in align with company development and business for investors and analysts;
• Assist in responding investor enquiries, and company website maintenance;
• Conduct research and analyze financial market information;

Requirements:

• Degree's holder in Communication, Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines;
• 8 years Investor Relations related experience gained in sizable organization, with more than 5 years investor relations experience in listed companies is a must;
• Have a high level of responsibility and good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of moral values, pay attention to details, have a good team spirit and professional attitude.

Candidate with less experiences will consider as Assistant IR Manager.
