Our client is a world leader in consumer goods, cookware and household brands. They are looking for a Global Brand Marketing Director who will steer as global headquarter and lead local market teams on implementation of brand strategies and drive brand awareness.

Job Description

• Steer as global marketing function and oversee the global branding strategy development
• Collaborate with local marketing teams and global marketing vendors, to develop brand localization strategy of global campaigns
• Formulate and lead integrated marketing calendar
• Act as the key point of contact on brand marketing for all cross-functional
• Foster a bonding team and rapport on cross-functional basis, include but not only marketing, creative & design, e-Commerce, etc.
• Pioneer to observe marketing trends and shape future marketing and product innovation and strategies;
• Setup and review key performance metric dashboards that reflects the effectiveness of our marketing strategy among benchmarks
• Provide key insights, and recommendations to local marketing team and management
• Establish global brand and marketing standards and procedures

Why you?

• At least 10 years marketing experience with at least 5 years’ senior level marketing experience on global brands
• Experience in working with all levels of a global team structure
• Diverse working / living experience across multiple countries (US, UK, Australia Market experience would definitely be an advantage)
• Prior background from any consumer products are highly preferred, e.g. FMCG, beauty products, cosmetics, F&B, consumer electronics, furniture, jewelry, toys, watch, handbags etc.
• Marketing experience including brand development, strategy, planning, 4P (pricing strategy, distribution, product and visibility) development and execution including new product development.
• Digital marketing experience is a must, experience with e-Commerce is a definite advantage
