Responsibilities:

• Assist in formulating and executing business marketplace product strategies to facilitate innovation for unique competitive advantage and business marketplace product development and management
• Shoulder responsibility for product business case and P&L for the product life cycle covering revenue forecasts and cost estimates
• Assist in identifying business opportunities and developing business cases
• Conduct market research to understand the industries, market competitions and trends and consumer behaviors
• Engage with external parties on commercials and terms negotiations, agreement and contract reviews, business deal closing, etc.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external service providers and business partners to design and build marketplace products
• Identify requirements for product development and enhancement and develop training and consultation kits for business development and account servicing
• Lead project implementation across different internal functions
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor from time to time

Qualifications:

• University degree in business or marketing disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in product development and management with B2B focus, preferably gained in fintech industry or financial services industry related to loan products or
• Experience in developing products, business cases, go-to-market plans, etc. in agile approach
• Technology savvy, organized, proactive, and collaborative
• A resilient and resourceful team player with ability to acquire new concepts and engage cross-functional teams in a changing environment
• Good business sense, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask with high attention to detail and compliance under tight resources and deadlines
• Strong business communication skills in articulating ideas and thoughts
• Good proficiency in preparing and delivering impactful business presentations
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Less experience would be considered for  Assistant Manager position
