Market Analytics Manager / Senior Manager
Our client is a renowned property developer that has a broad coverage of developments across Hong Kong and China. Due to new initiatives of strengthening corporate marketing function, they are seeking for a Market Analytics Manager / Senior Manager to join their newly set up specialist team. This role will report into the Head of Corporate Marketing and will be the key driver in managing market research, data analysis and project management in order to devise subsequent marketing strategies and roadmap.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate internal and external data gathered via qualitative and quantitative research
- Evaluate the use of marketing tools
(such as software and technology), introducing corporate standards in order to create efficiencies, improve cross-division data visibility and prepare for growth
- Work closely with internal teams and business units on devising marketing campaigns roll-out as well as implementation and monitoring
- Conduct market analysis, internal teams integration and project management
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business, Data Analysis or relevant disciplines
- 5 – 10 years of relevant work experience in Marketing, Research & Analysis, as well as marketing strategies review
- Highly organised, proficient in data and system management
- Conversant in marketing software
- Strong marketing sense and good project management skills is essential
- Enthusiastic in marketing, dynamic and people-oriented
- Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Retail, Corporate FMCG etc
- A positive, “can-do” attitude, keen, motivated and a strong team player
