Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day marketing operations and clerical duties
- Develop, update and maintain Chatbot knowledge base
- Fast response to develop FAQs of ad-hoc and urgent topics in Chatbot according to business needs
Requirements
- Willingness to learn & accept fast pace working environment
- Experience in customer service is preferred
- Fluent in both verbal and written English, Cantonese ( including Chinese word processing )
