Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating marketing events and promotion activities including sales driven promotions, stage shows, PR events, in-mall decorations and social media promotions
• Work with internal business units and external parties including agencies and vendors to ensure effective delivery of projects
• Evaluate marketing performance of Link’s malls by analysing market trends and market research
• Perform in budget planning and control on events and programs to maximize cost effectiveness
• Assist in implementing internal policies and procedures to ensure the alignment with corporate compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing / PR or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in shopping malls, developers and agency companies
• Experience in handling marketing & promotions activities and business analysis in HK & PRC is an advantage
• Hands-on research and analytical skills, attention to details and able to work under pressure. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong people management skills
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Proficiency in PC skills, particularly on MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

Remuneration

We offer a 5-day work week and an attractive remuneration package commensurate to the right candidates with qualifications and working experience.
