• Degree in Accounting or above, professional accountant, member of HKICPA or ACCA.
• At least 10 years accounting experience in supervisory and managerial position, preferable in sizeable non-government organization or welfare sector.
• Strong knowledge of government subvention and well versed in related statutory requirements and regulations.
• Experience in dealing with Board/Committee Members and Government Officials will be an added advantage.
• Hands on experience in Oracle FM System and proficiency in MS Office applications are highly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical mind and well organized.
• Good written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin, proficient writing skill.

Job Responsibilities

• The Financial Controller is the Head of our Finance Department and is taking charge of the overall accounting and financial matters for over 80 service units for Western and Chinese Medicine Services, Schools and Social Services.
• Assist CEO in developing, implementing and reviewing financial and accounting policies and procedures.
• Responsible for overseeing the accounting procedures, budgeting and financial reporting, monitoring and implementing internal financial controls.
• Ensure the conformity with statutory ordinance as well as rules and regulations.
• Maintain high quality and efficiency of the Finance team.
