Responsibilities

• Responsible for the corporate communications and branding to promote good corporate image of the group
• Build and maintain good relationship with both internal and external parties  
• Responsible for company promotional activities and Customer Relationship Management programs events and to ensure marketing activities are aligned with corporate guideline and image
• Oversee the production of property sales brochure in compliance with related Ordinance
• Copy writing, PR writing, social media management, marketing collateral production
• Conduct market research and analysis on market trend

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing / Communications / PR or related discipline
• 10 years' relevant experience in property related businesses, in which 5 years at supervisory level; experience in property developer is an added advantage
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced and pressurized environment
• Hands on experience in developing advertising strategies, familiar with offline and online advertising tools including social media and other digital platforms to engage target audience.
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented and creative with passion in the marketing field
• A team player with positive working attitude and integrity
• Presentable with strong interpersonal skills and multi-tasking skills
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator or photo shop is an added advantage
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Willing to work overtime, irregular hours or during weekends or public holidays occasionally
• Candidates with more experiences may consider as Assistant Marketing Manager
