Job Duties

• To assist the Sales Manager and supporting the marketing team with marketing activities
• To assist with the production of marketing materials and literature
• To take pictures and video for the new products and upload to the E-shops
• To create content for media promotion eg. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
• To manage and maintain responses from website, social media and online platform
• To handle enquiries and sales order from online shops
• To undertake ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned
• To provide creative concept and copy-writing for ad & promotion projects

 Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Marketing / Digital Media/ E-Business / Communications with one year of relevant working experiences preferred
• Positive, self-motivated, strategic thinking with a can-do spirit and good art sense
• Computer proficient with Microsoft Office and PhotoShop/ Coreldraw
• Experiences in E-Marketing tools such as Google Adwords, Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
• Experiences in photo shooting /graphic design / video production will be an advantage
• Strong administration and organizational skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
