Responsibilities

• Manage marketing budget and resources to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency to maximize ROI.
• Responsible for presentations, proposal, marketing materials and promotion channels.
• Lead and implement marketing strategy and advertising campaigns of brand to ensure long term growth and customer value.
• Work cross-functionally with internal disciplines and departments (including Branding, Marketing, Editing, Design, etc.) to develop and execute the strategy plan of marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Develops and executes innovative marketing communications and publicity programs that will increase revenue and drive brand awareness, creating a positive perception 

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
• 4-year experience working experience in the area of marketing communications and/or social media is required
• Solid understanding of the print, electronic, broadcast and social media platforms related to luxury lifestyle
• Solid understanding of the luxury lifestyle business and/or hospitality industry
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word computer programs
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese 
• Creativity, inspiration and initiative is preferable
• Independent, flexible, attentive to details and able to meet deadlines
