Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Gather constructive customer insight and business intelligence in the school market
  • Produce annual marketing plans and budget plans to promote OUP products and services.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Services, Editorial and the Campaign and Communications teams to execute and monitor performance to achieve set KPIs.
  • Drive event marketing to articulate customer value proposition and foster audience experience with our brand, products and services.
  • Monitor customer journey with our brand, products and services and propose appropriate business adjustments
  • Monitor and analyse competitor landscape for better planning and response to maintain and grow our market share.
  • Drive new business and marketing initiatives as advised by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related disciplines
  • 6 years’ experience in marketing with proven success and track record in driving business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Familiar with the education sector and/or the educational publishing industry will be an advantage
  • Experience in using CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, DotDigital, etc.) is preferable
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin, written and spoken
