Project Executive

Job description and responsibilities

- To assist in project planning to operations

- To co-work with team members to manage large-scale events and promotions

- Coordinate production of promotion/ project materials

- Provide ad-hoc support for projects

Job Requirements

- Degree with 1 year of event experience

- Strong organizational, communication & interpersonal skills

- Good spoken & written English, Cantonese & Putonghua

- Able to work under pressure & meet tight deadlines

- Willing to work at midnights / overtime Main Responsibilities

- Self-motivated, presentable & passionate to work in promotions industry

- PR experience will be preferred
