Responsibilities:

• Drive and implement acquisition and penetration strategy to achieve business goals for Financial Services
• Build successful and collaborative relationships with internal and external business partners
• Identify business opportunities and recommend business strategy by having thorough understanding about the market trends, as well as the company’s strengths
• Drive new product development on an end-to-end basis. Work closely with stakeholders across multiple functions (e.g. Legal, Compliance, Credit, Risk Management, Operations, Technology, Customer Services, etc)
• Define user requirement for new product design
• Line up with stakeholders to formulate product and operation procedures
• Ensure sufficient and satisfactory testing result prior to launch
• Provide training to end-users
• Provide regular and timely update to management on business result, forecasts and learning
• Perform ad-hoc assignments designated by management.

The Person

• Bachelor degree in business management, financial, marketing or related discipline;
• 6 years’ working experience in banks, financial institutes, telecommunication firms;
• Experience in business management, marketing, and project management is preferred;
• Excellent communication skills, proactive and able to work independently by influencing stakeholders at different levels;
• Able to thrive in ambiguous situations and manage stakeholder expectations;
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Be open-minded with creative thinking mind-set
• Able to articulate business ideas; Experience in business negotiation be a plus
