Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the strategy and set up of online advertising campaigns.
- Oversee & manage day-to-day paid advertising campaigns on all Performance Marketing Channels including Google AdWords, Social Media Ads, Affiliates & retargeting.
- Monitor budgets ensure accurate reporting to the stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Responsible for maintaining ROI and on-going campaign performance optimization
- Plan, coordinate and execute all areas of paid advertising campaign by coordinating frequently with Brand and Product Marketing.
- Improve conversion rate metrics by analysing the acquisition funnel and come up with retargeting solutions to reduce funnel leakage.
- Dig into daily performance, identify opportunities and adjust budgets and bids
- Ensure Furrion is following all SEO best practices including on-page and off-page optimizations.
- Landing page optimizations to increase the conversion rates for the traffic driven through Paid advertising.
- Keyword research per campaign to target the right customers.
Requirements:
- A relevant degree in Marketing, Communications or Quantitative field is required.
- Minimum 3 years work experience in executing & strategizing User Acquisition Campaigns via AdWords.
- Experience in devising scalable Paid Social & SEM optimisation strategies
- Experience in mapping out & improving User Acquisition funnels
- Prior experience in working in a hyper growth start-up environment. Comfortable wearing multiple hats at one time.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with designers & other members of marketing team in order produce desired output
- Always seeking for improvements in the way we do things
- Fluency in English is a must.
