Our client is a well-known and one of the largest global financial services organizations, they are now looking for several marketing candidates to join their teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and supporting the implementation of company events such as conferences & seminars, luncheons & dinner, sales meeting, exhibitions etc.
• Prepare presentations, corporate premiums, souvenirs, trophies and promotion materials
• Liaise and negotiate with marketing teams / vendor / agencies to deliver breakthrough activation across advertising, communications, event experiences, and co-marketing efforts
• Provide support to events where necessary

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing, Event Management or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ event marketing experience gained from listed or sizable companies in 4As / insurance / financial industry
• Enjoy and energetic in Event Management
• aExcellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
