The Role

The Product Portfolio Executive provides comprehensive support to Product team of APAC including lab compliance, portfolio management, sample arrangement and work close with other product teams across the global offices.

The role will report to the Product Category Director APAC as a member of the Marketing department.

Responsibilities:

Product support

• Provide comprehensive support to Product Line Managers and Product Director
• Manage the Lab compliance testing for new product launch
• Work close with Product team in Global offices for certification process
• Manage Pre Order Announcement process with global product team and sales operations
• Manage sample process including scheduling samples and ensuring their timely delivery to sales/marketing
• Work closely with internal sales and operations team and assist to execute plan and launch projects
• Assist in the product training and product orientation to internal parties

Portfolio management

• Manage the assigned product categories for APAC to ensure it is up-to-date
• Keep an accurate filing system for company products for cross regions
• Other ad hoc duties for Product team

Qualifications:

• University degree
• 3+ years working’ experience
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Desire to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced organization
• Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
• Prior experience handling certification processes is preferred
• Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in PC applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
