Duties:

• To plan and coordinate marketing and fundraising activities;
• To research funding resources, develop sponsorship package and prepare proposals;
• To develop and promote the branding of the Association;
• To maintain good and close relationships with media, donors, sponsors, other stakeholders and working partners;
• To lead and supervise team members for the execution of projects.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in marketing, journalism, communication, non-profit management or related disciplines; 
• Minimum 5-year work experience with proven experience in marketing, public relations or fundraising, exposure in arts field or NGO is preferable;
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills and with competence to communicate across difference stratum of stakeholders;
• Excellent written and verbal communications in both English and Chinese;
• With strong sense of responsibility, high level of integrity and ethic.
