In this role you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of existing and future hospitality brands under The Box Partnership including but not limited to Meraki Hospitality Group venues. You will report to the Marketing Manager, expanding on your existing skills through a variety of projects while maintaining and updating collaterals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and execution of marketing programs, campaigns, events and social media initiatives.
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers, or related parties to ensure events/ projects are delivered.
• Maintain and update content of brand websites, social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin…)
• Assist with marketing communications and PR projects and joint promotions.
• Provide marketing admin support for the team.
• Coordinate design work of marketing materials.
• Prepare the regular reports in time.
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
• Inputting creative ideas whenever is needed.

Knowledge, Skills and abilities required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs e.g. Word, Powerpoint, Excel
• Able to stay organised, multi-task and meet deadlines in a high pressure and short-lead time environment
• Ability to effectively manage time and schedules
• Proficient in English
• French, Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a bonus
• Basic design skills are a bonus
