Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate and execute marketing and promotion activities
  • Assist in organizing event and on-site management to ensure a smooth operation and execution of activities
  • Co-ordinate with service centres in developing promotion materials
  • Communicate and follow up with media and liaise with external suppliers
  • Handle gift-in-kind donation and volunteer activities
  • Monitor and update HKSPC website and social media programs
  • Administrative support for the team

 

The successful candidate SHOULD have the following qualifications:

  • Degree holder in Communications, Marketing or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year corporate communications or marketing experience
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, able to handle multi-dimensional task with tight deadlines
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Knowledge of Photoshop/Dreamweaver and webpage making is a plus

 

We operate on a 5.5 days work week with at least one Sat-Off per month. We offer an attractive salary and fringe benefits to the successful candidate.
