Snow Fox Skincare is looking to fill roles in the marketing team with an emphasis on managing content and execution of eCommerce campaigns. We are looking to expand our digital presence with an emphasis on the USA, Australia and ASEAN markets and are hiring accordingly.

Responsibilities:

• Assist sales to monitor and execute daily operations including Shopify website, Amazon, and other marketplace accounts.
• Provide online customer service and manage communications with customers in respond to product and order inquiries, arrange product delivery                           
• Implementing sales/marketing promotions to increase sales on various online platforms      
• Monitor e-marketplace performance, and prepare report and insight for impression and conversion improvement                               
• Co-ordinate with internal and external parties to ensure marketing campaigns are carried out effectively and in monitored manners         
• Ensure content is engaging, on brand and aimed at the correct target audience.                                     
• Assist in ad-hoc duties assignments when required

Requirements:

• Diploma in business/e-commerce, marketing or related disciplines 
• Candidates are preferred to have experience in managing and operating Amazon, Facebook and other online stores
• Attention to detail, customer first, adaptable
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Favorable consideration given to candidates with Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or other creative application suites.
