Job Responsibilities

• Maintain the company internal control systems and procedures in comply with company and law requirement
• Responsible for AP & AR processing and bank reconciliation
• Process intercompany transactions and period end reconciliation
• Develops, analyses and interprets financial data for management reporting
• Prepare monthly financial reports, cash forecast, management reports and various analysis reports
• Assist in budgeting, financial analysis and forecasting
• Preparation of year-end audit and tax filing
• Prepare and coordinate period end closing / reporting schedule
• Check distributor payment and release order
• Maintain proper ledgers and handle full set of accounts
• Ad-hoc process and system improvement projects
• Assist in Office administrative activity

Education and Experience

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications with ACCA / HKICPA qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of accounting and financial experience
• Good experience in using Oracle and related computer software
• Self-motivated & be able to work independently and strong sense of responsibility
• Strong analytical mind and problem solving skills with strong financial judgment
• Good in both oral and written English and Mandarin
