職責：

1. 協助制定和實施房地產項目的租賃，銷售和營銷策略
2. 進行市場研究和分析
3. 與地產代理、廣告商、客戶等保持良好合作關係
4. 其他上司指派的工作

要求：

1. 良好粵語; 良好普通話; 良好英語優先; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文
2. 市場營銷，工商管理，房地產或相關學科的學位持有者優先
3. 1年相關工作經驗優先 
4. 良好的溝通和人際交往能力
5. 良好電腦使用技巧，熟練運用Microsoft軟件，及懂得中文輸入法

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in formulation and implementation of leasing, sales and marketing strategies for property projects
2. Conduct market research and analysis
3. Maintain good working relationships with real estate agents, advertisers, clients, etc.
4. Provide other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
2. Degree holder preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines
3. 1 year working experience, preferably in property company in Hong Kong
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Good in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Chinese word processing
6. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
