We are expanding our sales & marketing team and you will be part of the team to support company on the following:

• Support in preparing and updating marketing materials, maintain and boost corporate brand image via media platforms, including website content, electronic direct mailers and social media platforms
• Plan, organize and coordinate marketing events and activities, including liaising with production houses/ vendors/ designers etc., controlling budget, arranging manpower on execution
• Assist to maintain database and execute emails marketing campaign to prospective and existing customers for promotion and marketing events
• Assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned

Who is our Right Fit:

• University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
• 2 year of relevant marketing or event experience
• Knowledge of IT products is a plus
• Experience in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator)
• Familiar with social media marketing tools and online platform is a plus
• Detail-minded, tech-savvy, outgoing, creative and flexible to work
• A good team player, willing to offer advice and support colleagues
• Hard-working, able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior grade
