As a Regional Marketing Team member, responsible for key brand initiatives, IMC and shopper activation across Asia markets, aiming to build stronger brand equity and business growth on regional level.

Major Job Responsibilities

• Lead key sub-brand assets creation, engage all regional and markets key stakeholders on brand materials development.
• Guide and validate key IMC implementation across markets, seek and achieve synergy and scale.
• Conduct communication idea validation in markets through A/B testing.
• Refresh new brand guidelines for communication and in-store.
• Oversee and monitor the performance of agencies by measuring their KPI, quality and outcome to ensure the campaigns are delivered efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor and track regional budget usage.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, Marketing, Business Administration or Communication.
• Solid experience in marketing communication, good understanding of FMCG dynamics.
• Able to multi-task in fast-paced environment and build close relationship with stakeholders across the company and markets as well as agency partners.
• Candidates with advertising/digital agency background (account servicing) is preferable.
• Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must.
• Regional exposure is an advantage but not a must.
• Disciplined on project schedule and output
• Able to work independently while being a good team player as well
• Candidate with more experience will be consider as Manager, Regional Marketing.
