Major Job Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating new product strategy for the assigned toothpaste equity to accelerate business growth in the region.
• Lead new product development from idea exploration, project management to commercialization.
• Work closely with Research & Development and Regulatory departments to drive formulation and claim development.
• Co-ordinate with in-house Consumer Insight team to conduct consumer test to explore & validate new product idea/ bundle.
• Work with design house and advertising agency for packaging and product story development.
• Work with local and overseas marketing teams to align on new product launch plan and P&L assumption.
• Post-launch review to enhance new product performance.  

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing/ Business
• Min 3-4 years Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) brand management experience (ideal in health care or pharmaceutical company).
• Exposure in product development an advantage.
• Exposure in China and other Asia markets is an advantage.
• Good presentation skill, with fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
• Ability to work under pressure, and meet tight deadline.
• Candidate with more experience will be consider as Manager, Consumer Innovation.
