 Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Understand customers need and selling 591 products and services to the potential customers actively.
• Achieve sales target.
• Identify potential new business opportunities and renewal of the contracts to increase the penetration in the market.
• Provide advertising solutions to help our customers achieve their business objectives, including prospecting, proposal preparation, contract closing and provision of after sales service.
• Work effectively with internal teams.

 Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder.
• 2+ years solid sales experience (candidate with less experience will be considered as Account Manager).
• Excellent negotiation skills over the phone and face to face is a must.
• Must be self-motivated, aggressive and determined to meet sales and other business target assigned by company.
• Excellent property experience or online media experience or good connection with property agents is definitely an advantage.
• Fluent in Cantonese. English & Mandarin are preferable.
