Responsibilities:

• Investigate user behaviors to design user journey and product features based on business objectives
• Develop and continuously evolve business model and operating model of social media platform
• Formulate commercial and member growth campaign from ideation and planning to implementation
• Drive the growth of UGC (User-Generated Content) platform by introducing and retaining content contributors and/or social influencers to continuously contribute to HK01 sites
• Working closely with engineers, designers & data scientists to build innovative solutions that improve the UI design and the user experience
• Manage the UGC platform and project scope, resources allocation, cost management, risk analysis and requirement integration

Requirements:

• Solid experience in working with user-generated content and lever technical solutions to increase quality and quantity;
• Relevant e-commerce experience;
• Background in user generated content (such as Product Reviews and Customer Feedback) is highly preferred;
• Profound experience in web analytics, integrated consumer marketing, strategic planning, marketing communications and team management;
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and a strong customer focus;
• Able to think and perform both strategically and tactically to define vision and goals with effective implementation;
• Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
• Able to work with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization;
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
