Job Description

Responsibilities

Strategic Performance Marketing 

  • Be at the forefront of Performance knowledge (PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Display, Social, Analytics) by keeping up to date with industry news and developments
  • Contribute in developing new products and ways of working that improve SEM results
  • Build an understanding of the client’s business and digital marketing objectives
  • Develop an understanding of the target audiences’ attitudes, behaviour and perceptions (with a focus on SEM), using a variety of market information and research data
  • Develop an understanding of the various digital media channels (display, affiliates, social media) and the potential for them in your clients marketing activity
  • Develop positive relationships that reflect true partnership in achieving the objectives of the client’s business and the goals of the client
  • Ensure all media schedules, forecasts and recommendations are fit for client and it’s easy for the client to access and review the work (e.g. URLs, passwords, formats, conference call details, etc)
  • Ensure all campaign costs are accurately quoted and campaign forecasts are approved by respective Digital Directors
  • Help in preparation for and attend sales pitches as required
  • Participate in and learn about social marketing and the impact for our clients

Leadership & Management

  • Ensure that all client campaigns follow the internal Search process
  • Set and manage expectations of client and internal teams, especially to ensure iProspect has the optimal time scale to deliver quality work and service
  • Maintain a full and detailed understanding of all recommendations and proposals
  • Ensure that all campaigns are executed to plan through close collaboration with your Digital Coordinator / Specialist
  • Prepare and lead performance review presentations
  • Actively nurture the goal of making iProspect an enjoyable and extraordinary place for staff to work and for clients to engage with
  • Help to educate the clients on SEM strategies and tactics; engage clients in the world of digital communications by demonstrating its direct response, creative and brand building abilities  

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree  
  • At least 4+ years previous experience in search marketing, preferably in a multi-channel environment. Must include prior experience with both keyword search and site optimization.
  • Experience in China Market is a must.
  • Demonstrated experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tactics and web analytics.
  • Tenacity and the ability to grasp and convey an understanding of the ongoing changes in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and/or Search Engine Marketing(SEM)
  • Outstanding analytical skills, extremely detail oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Cantonese, Chinese and/or English;
  • Problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work and lead cross-functionally and resolve issues effectively.
