Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing a variety of marketing concepts and ideas for clients' digital campaigns and social media content
• Attending pitching sessions with clients and to facilitate insightful interactions
• Creative copywriting of social media posts and videos, as well as other material for relevant media formats
• Providing guidance to junior Copywriters and ensuring work quality
• Managing the work and resource allocation among the team members
• Streamlining the collaboration with internal teams  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing Communications, Advertising, Journalism, Chinese Language or related disciplines is preferred
• Min. 2 years solid experience in Advertising / Social Media Agency
• Experience with managing team or as a supervisor is definitely a plus
• Proficiency in creative writing and language skills in Chinese
• Hunger to learn about various social media & digital platforms
• Strong sense of responsibility, well organized with exceptional problem-solving skill with a can-do attitude
