Client is a leading, independent marketing execution partner to prominent brands in 44 countries. They offer innovative and tailored solutions for the outsourced procurement of printed marketing materials and creative production services that drive down costs, speed time to market, improve quality and support sustainability goals. They are currently looking for a Technical Service Delivery Manager to lead their business in Hong Kong in the aspect of project implementations of new technologies for both internal and external party.

You will be doing 

You will be taking the lead in the successful configuration and implementation of multiple projects. You would need to research on new technologies and best practices within the digital media industry to uphold the global company objectives. Also, you will be demonstrating to clients how your solutions can streamline and improve their marketing and procurement processes. You will be taking the lead on delivering technology solutions to clients, with responsibility for own assigned technology projects from scoping to launch. Beside, you will be scoping, prototyping, prototyping solutions/ideas and example integrations between various systems, including customer facing proof of concepts and MVPs (Minimum Viable Products).

You need to

• At least 5 years of experience in leading project implementation, configuration and improvements
• At least 4 years of experience in software applications
• Strong experience in client facing
• From telecommunication industry
• Great experience in providing solutions to clients
• Strong English and Cantonese language proficiency
