Job Duties

• Develop and execute strategies for daily social media posts that are aligned with the company’s brand identity and sales & marketing objectives.
• Create consistent, relevant content across all social media platforms including writing and editing social media posts and increase customer engagement in all platforms.
• Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Facebook Insights manager to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.
• Prepare monthly reports on all social media marketing activities and offer recommendations for optimum performance in the adjustment and implementation of the social media strategy.
• Develop and manage social influencer programs and participate in influencer events.
• Work closely and carry ad hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines is preferred
• Interested in the Food & Beverage industry
• Proven experience in digital marketing (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and Mailchimp)
• Knowledge of SEO & SEM is preferred
• Fluent in both Chinese and English in both reading and speaking
• Knowledge in Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus  
• Creative mindset, writing skills, detail-oriented, team player and strong sense of responsibility
