Responsibilities:

• Create viral content in the form of feed, article, self-produced video programs and etc. on the website and social media
• Help to set and execute content direction and policies, enhance branding of the responsible media platform, and assist in rebranding when necessary.
• Ensure all content published to comply with company guidelines and fundamental page's direction
• Maintain editorial & advertorial content quality and quantity
• Help to maintain and increase editorial as well as advertorial quality & quantity as KPI which includes organic traffic to the website with SEO strategy; social media platforms’ growth and engagement performance; branding enhancement
• Overseeing the ad tasks done by junior editors

Requirements:

• Degree holder 
• 3+ years of experience in editorial, copywriting and creative content development for online media in the form of text and video content,  with at least 1+ years in a managerial/ supervisory level
• Through the understanding of parenting, family, education or other related content
• Proven track record of creating digital contents in text and video form for engagement
• Comprehensive writing and  editing skills
• Knowledge of  video production flow and procedures
• Ability to develop various editorial styles for different target audience and platforms
