Role Overview

A leading role of driving transformation and create experiences in every consumer touchpoint across different brands within the group. Obsessed in consumer journey, media & data analytics and coming up with new ways in more effectively engaging and delighting our consumer both online & offline.

The business is striving to achieve stronger connections with consumers, shoppers and experts through digital media. The opportunity on digital media is pronounced with millions of consumers using mobile phones, tablets and other devices. This role exists to accelerate the execution of digital strategies and plans for Swisse Beauty and Wellness globally and build digital transformation capabilities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible of touchpoint strategy, Martech innovation and platform partnerships while working closely with global category leader “For Him & Her” in driving Swisse Beauty and Wellness consumer engagement strategy.
  • Develop Consumer Engagement touchpoint activation strategy especially digital activation Strategy and lead its implementation across multiple countries, focusing on 3 priorities. 1. Search + Website 2. Social 3. Video.
  • Be part of the transformation task force and driving better consumer experience.
  • Test pilot 1-2 consumer digital innovation trials (e.g. personalized AI app / skin diagnostics) with lead markets.
  • Co-work with Consumer market insights team to define the overall consumer data architecture within the company and drive initiatives that can enhance and optimise both the experience and investments.
  • Be the forth front of Martech and prioritise trials in view of scaling successful projects globally.
  • Managing budget and prioritising projects based on the business needs and future strategic growth.
  • Collaborating with other key markets to ensure all deliverables aligned with their business needs.
  • Sets and influences country/regional/global direction on consumer touchpoint and digital strategies.
  • Supports development and execution of consumer engagement touchpoints and digital plans by brand/country.
  • Raise organisation awareness on latest trends of consumer engagement by deliver frequent communications or best practice sharing.
  • Build digital capability within marketing team through roll out of new digital modules, leveraging digital agencies, suppliers and through embedded expert resource.
  • Drive Consumer Engagement Touchpoint and Digital A&P spends across countries & categories.
  • Track digital KPIs and share best practices with Local Markets globally.

  • The role is expected to develop a deep understanding of consumer engagement touchpoints and digital requirements across countries, each with a unique cultural identity and spread across the economic strata. Subsequently, all strategy and communication needs to cater to this complexity.

To make sure we’re setting new starters up for success, we ask that you meet a few criteria relevant to the role to be considered for this opportunity:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant academic qualification.
  • 7-8 years of experience in creative/media agency and/or digital marketing roles with FMCG/FMCH background.
  • Understanding of the health sector, wellness and beauty industry.
  • Concrete experience in digital media is a must.
  • Experience in working at either Global & regional level preferred, exposure in China ecosystem is a big plus.
  • Demonstrated track record in multi-functional, multi-stakeholder engagement and alignment.
  • Culturally aware and demonstrate ability to flex personal style to different cultural context.
  • Excellent command of English & Mandarin.
