Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling and controlling overall delivery of various projects
• Prepare project requirements & document in details
• Communicate with strong problem-solving skills during the delivery process
• Manage assigned tasks for successful delivery on time
• Work closely with teammates to plan, develop, execute and implement projects
• Support team head for administrative and operational tasks
• Participate in relevant project activities or any aspects that support team’s needs

Requirement:

• Preferably university graduated
• 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, project management or I.T. related discipline
• Creative, responsible, detail-minded and self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task and work both independently or as part of a team
• Excellent project management skills and communication skills in English and Chinese
