Responsibilities: 

• Supervise the nursing care given to the patients in various teams.
• Act as a liaison officer between Deputy Team, on-site clinical staff,  and head office 
• Interpret the policies and procedures of the medical centre to sub-ordinate staff and others.
• Attend the emergency calls concerning nursing services or problems related to medical centre operation.
• Give reports to the Deputy Team regularly regarding the operation of the medical Centre.
• Keep records and reports of Nursing Services.
• Maintain the records of attendance and roster of medical centre staff and leave of any kind.
• Conduct regular physical verification of medical centre stocks, i.e. drugs, equipment’s etc.
• Initiate procedure for condemnation and procurement of equipment/linen etc.
• Assist the Deputy Team in making master duty roster of nursing personnel.
• Assist in Recruitment of nursing staff.
• Assist with planning and organizing nursing services in the medical centre.
• Officiate in the absence of doctor.
• Keep the Deputy Team informed of the happenings in the centre.

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree Holder in Nursing
• Possess a valid/current nursing practicing certificate in Hong Kong
• At least 3 years in experience
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese Languages
• Strong leadership and influencing skill and good interpersonal skills
• ACLS is required
