The Job

• Preparing order requests and contact pharmaceutical companies.
• Monitoring and Evaluating day-to-day running of the production operation and inventory level.
• Coordinating with clinics and vendor on production schedule and validation arrangement.
• Handling all product ordering, transfer and supporting any enquirers from clinic center.
• Building a good relationship with internal and external customers.
• Assisting the pharmacist to construct corporate policies and guidelines to clinics.
• Performing other responsibilities and duties to meet operation objectives.

The Person

• Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or any related Sciences studies.
• 2 to 3 year of experience in daily operation of clinic and Pharmaceutical Industry is highly preferred.
• Attention to details, hard-working and being able to work under pressure.
• Decisive, independent with strong communication skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Office application (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Immediate available is highly preferable.
