Hong Kong Adventist Hospital - Adventist Medical Center located at Oxford House (Taikoo Place) is looking for Receptionists:

Duties:

• Perform general reception duties including handling incoming calls and enquiries, coordinate and communicate with visitors in the interest of patient care
• Coordinate with housekeeping and facilities maintenance service
• Handle various clerical and administrative duties
• Maintain and update patient record
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• Work experience in clerical position of Healthcare industry is preferable
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Word Processing
• Proficient in both spoken and written English & Cantonese, good command in Mandarin will be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Strong administration and time management skills
• Detail oriented, positive attitude, self-motivated to be able to work independently and as part of a team
