Job Responsibilities:

• To answer medical enquires via phone calls and emails
• To provide quality and accurate information to customers in a professional manner
• To work closely with teammates to help meeting client objectives
• To follow-up on customer complaints and tackle the problems timely and professionally
• To prepare and submit daily and monthly reports to management and global team   
• No selling activities involved

Job Requirements:

• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese. Putonghua is an advantage
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in relevant field
• 1 - 2 years of call centre working experience is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and/or external contacts
• Degree in Biology / Biomedical Sciences / Medical Science / Science / Related Healthcare Discipline
• Good PC skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
