Our client is a leading medical service firm. With rapid expansion, they are currently looking for an Clinical Manager/ supervisor to join their team

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations and affairs of the clinics, including but not limited to staff management, administrative and patient services
• Lead the team to achieve company's goal in terms of customer satisfactory level
• Supervise and motivate front line staff to maintain high quality customer service level
• Evaluate front line staff performance and conduct training as necessary
• Manage all administrative and clinical equipment maintenance and repairs
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as and when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Nursing Degree
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in the healthcare field, preferably with experience in Endoscopy unit 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to handle multiple and simultaneous tasks
