Responsibility 

• Implements existing global strategies and concepts into Asia Pacific excl. China
• Join MU performance management
• Supports the development of new strategies and gives input from the Asia Pacific market dynamics and needs
• Communicates to MU’s the strategy in cooperation with the Global BU teams
• Supports the development of regional MTS and compiles Asia Pacific summary
• Manages product portfolio for Asia Pacific and proposes extension opportunities to global teams
• Understands local requirements and market dynamics and balances local interests and global needs to holistically optimize value for Asia Pacific
• Plans, coordinates and helps with global roll out of Products in Asia Pacific
• Manages maintenance & growth of existing products and new product launches in Asia Pacific
• Provide theoretical and clinical and application 
• Organization of scientific events (e. g. FACT , KOL Meeting)
• KOL management for the above-mentioned areas.
• Ad-hoc support to countries where feasible.
• Transfer application into business
• Co-ordination of after sales services activities in ASIA PACIFIC and lease with the corporate Technical Services functions and MU’s
• Plan the technical service training calendar
• Spare parts management
• Machine and spare parts Quality report.

Requirement 

• University degree in natural science, and/or business preferably with Marketing diploma or certificate.
• Outstanding proven experience in product marketing management, preferably in the ASIA PACIFIC region or global position
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working and supporting within a multi-national and virtual management structure
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead and perform well in a team environment
• Strong analytical and technical skills with attention to detail and follow through
• Experience with development of strategic business plans and ability to convert strategy to action
• Result oriented and passion for the business
• Good command of MS office
• Willing to travel extensively
