Responsibilities 

• Handle product sourcing & development
• Possess product evaluation
• Liaise with suppliers to monitor the production process
• Keep track of purchase orders
• Conduct factory inspections and ensure product quality
• Ensure on time shipment after production

Requirements  

• Possess strong business acumen and inter-personal skills
• Strong sense of customer service
• Proactive in identifying potential issues in projects
• 5 years of merchandising experience in Garden tools ideally for a European market
• Familiar with the related compliance standard is an advantage
• Possess strong project management skills and detail oriented mindset to ensure timely production and delivery schedules are met
• High degree of work ethics and integrity
• Must possess strong negotiation and strong problem solving skills
• Must be self motivated, self organised, responsible, hard working & independent
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Chinese
• Travel to countries in SEA will be required
