Job duties:

• Risk Management - Inventory level control, price exposure management, strategic purchase planning;
• Supplier Management - Effective communication, terms negotiations, contract management, supplier evaluations;
• Quality Management - Quality of products and CPAR, maintain company compliance and core value of procurement;
• Operation Management - Purchase reports, payment process; system automation;
• Team Management - Personnel developments, team building, inter-departmental relations
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by senior management.

Reguirements:

• Proven procurement manager experience with international suppliers, a leader of small team with various culture and languages;
• Post secondary degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or relevant fields;
• Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers;
• Detail minded, well organized and competent in data analysis and presentations;
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good team management;
• Perform under pressure and time limit;
• Knowledge in metal market could be a good benefit, advance in procurement software, proficiency in Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
