Job Description

We are looking for our FUTURE CHANGEMAKERS!

Are you open minded and curious, and you want to bring energy and ambition to our team? Then apply for our two-year graduate scheme!

We offer you the opportunity to undertake four placements of six months in duration in different areas of our business. You will be exposed to both project-based and operations-focused roles, and will accompany senior staff on at least one international trip. The placements for those interested in commercial roles may take place in the following areas:

  • Merchandising
  • Product Development
  • Sourcing
  • Quality and Production
  • Compliance and Sustainability
  • Artwork
  • Logistics  

Graduates with specializations in areas aligned to our corporate departments are also encouraged to apply. The placement rotation in this scheme would allow a continuation within your specialization while providing exposure to a variety of roles and rotations within your area of expertise.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and team working skills
  • Creative in problem-solving and strong analytical ability
  • Able to adapt to new situations within a fast-paced environment
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, German desirable but not required
  • Have a 2:1 degree or higher or a GPA score of at least 3.3
  • Eligible to work in Hong Kong

Applications for the graduate scheme open now and close on 30 April 2020, with the programme commencing in September 2020. The scheme is open to graduating students (any discipline), or to those who have recently graduated but have deferred work for a year.

Application Process

Shortlisted applicants will be contacted in mid May and asked to attend a half-day assessment where we get to meet you face to face and you have the chance to really make an impression. The assessment center consists of a case study, presentation and interview.
