Job Duties:

• Manage product risk assessment process, deliver Product Risk Level in vendors/ countries/ SBU basis to support QA allocation.
• Manage Test Team & on-site technical support of all product testing for vendors, retailers and wholesalers.
• Support fabric mill and trims suppliers for component test program, development & bulk production testing.
• Communicate and develop the cooperation model with 3rd-parties laboratories to offer cost-effective technical support and coverage necessary.
• Drive new test method validation, develop & review test performance scorecard.
• Support Oekotex & fabric mill in-house laboratory certification implementation.
• Develop garment vendor in-house laboratory certification & chemical management process.
• Review and provide training for cross-functional partners on testing and certification topics such as Flame Resistance onsite training certification.
• Support in conjunction with the QA team for testing and certification feedback from customers

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Apparel, Textile Engineering/Chemistry or equivalent disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years as Quality Assurance or Product Safety Management/ relevant experience in garment, kids wear will be highly advantage.
• Experience with regulatory requirements of other global regions e.g. US/EU regulations, with China regulation knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of Physical & Chemical test standard methodologies and quality certification system (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO14001, Higg index etc.)
• Experience implementing and addressing procedures & regulatory requirements in a supplier quality/ new product development environment.
• Ability to build collaboration with cross-functional teams, vendors, testing laboratories and third-party sourcing agents.
• Capable of creating and delivering presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in computer skills and reporting of metrics.
• Fluent in spoken & written English and Mandarin.
