1) Coordinator

Duties:

• Handle quotation, order follow-up and processing;
• Liaise closely with vendors and customers
• Handle import and export shipping documents, invoice and packing list; 
• Assist on any sales administration support to Sales Department
• Assist in ad hoc duties and assignments. 

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above, with 1-2 years relevant working experience;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Proficient in MS Office applications particularly with MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing;
• Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Able to work independently and proactively;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred. 

2) Project & Sales Engineer

Duties: 

• Report to the Manager
• Work with internal parties about customers’ requirements and evaluation
• Liaise with customers and suppliers for technical issues of projects
• Maintain close relationship with existing key accounts 
• Assist to handle ad hoc projects   

Requirements: 

• Diploma or above, with min. ONE years' solid working experience in MARKETING / SALES FIELD
• Good command of English and Chinese including Mandarin;
• Proficiency in MS Office application & Chinese word processing;
• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Result-oriented, well-organized and eager to learn.
