Responsibilities:

• Work closely with customers daily for the sales, development and enquiries;
• Source and handle salesmen samples to meet customer’s need; monitor order processing with customers and factory and ensure order specifications can meet quantity, quality requirements and ensure on time delivery;
• Responsible for samples, orders follow up until shipment completed;
• Day to day communication on status tracking on production/delivery;
• Regular sales visit to customers;
• Occasional travel to China and Asia countries;
• To perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the company.

Requirements:

• College graduated or above with at least 8 years+ solid experience in merchandising and sourcing;
• Have intensive knowledge of intimate and swimwear trims and components;
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin;
• Initiative, responsible and stable personality;
• Good co-ordination , organization, negotiation and communication skills with customers and factory;
• Work independent and willing to work under pressure;
• Familiar with English and Chinese PC software applications.
