Responsibilities 

• Be the team leader of our product team specializing in meat and poultry
• Responsible for leading the planning and development of our meat and poultry products through sourcing and sales channel management.
• Explore new product sourcing by coordinating and liaising with overseas wholesalers or dealers.
• Develop forecast and manage stock inventory
• Conduct analysis reports such as sales performance, revenue and margins 
• Work with our sales team to ensure smooth implementations of sales support, product arrangement

Requirement:

• University graduate or above in Business Administration or equivalent;
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience preferably gained in the frozen food wholesale industry, of which at least 3-4 years in supervisory level
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Product Manager
