A renowned fashion brand is actively looking for an Senior Merchandising Manager to join their regional HQ in Hong Kong. You will work closely with local team to to populate and deploy key brand concepts in the marketplace across Asia Pacific markets. 

As the function lead,  you will be leading a of 5 and manage yearly budget planning, P&L, and continuously drive business efficiency and effectiveness. 

Role Overview

• Combine/validate category assortment plans from local merchandising team to ensure assortment, seasonal product strategies, and distribution segmentation are inline and to understand the APAC markets well
• Manage the OTB planning and forecast process for all category's performance, sales, inventory, receipt and margin goals and P&L
• Analyze and forecast business sales trends, then to provide recommendation and implementation strategies to achieve target
• Manage buying plan and allocation in regional and local level

 Requirements: 

• At least 7 years of merchandise planning experience with a sizable retail brand, fashion experience highly preferred
• At least 5 years people management experience
• APAC market experience is essential
• Must have the ability to influence others within an organization
• Strong numerical / analytical skills
