Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling and managing FF&E projects including budget control, project schedule, tender process
• Assist to alternate sourcing, pricing and technical specification
• Issue tender, verify and input evaluation and analysis documents
• Issue and follow up purchase order based on projects budget, schedule and quality requirement
• Coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure timely delivery and installation as per approved and prescribed procedure

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Procurement, Supply Chain or other related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ experience in managing FF&E procurement projects; experience gained from hospitality industry or sizeable organization is an advantage
• Experience in managing FF&E overseas projects is an advantage
• Good knowledge in interior design is an advantage
• Well-organized, independent and able to work under pressure
• Strong communication and problem-solving analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
